Remote Support
The quickest and easiest way that we can assist you nowadays is via Remote Support over the internet.
What it involves is a Phantom technician temporarily logging onto your computer via a secure remote support program. The technician will be able to see your screen, move you mouse and help you solve whatever issue you may have. The process only allows the technician to access your computer for that single session. Once you end the session, the technician will not have access to your computer again until you provide him access again.

Launch the setup file and click "Yes" to allow the program to make changes to your computer. Then click on "Install". Then click on "Launch" to open the main screen.
Please take note of the ID and Password displayed on your computer, and keep the application open so that it's ready for the support session.
If you close the app by accident, don't worry, there's a shortcut on the desktop. Note: the password will change each time you open it.
